Poland's embassy in Singapore is the only Polish representation in Singapore. Bilateral economic cooperation between Poland and Singapore is being developed using the tools of economic and commercial diplomacy.
Activities in the field of economic diplomacy are part of the activities of the Polish Embassy in Singapore and are related in particular to:
a. extension of the treaty base and creation of a friendly legal environment,
b. protection of rights and interests of Polish business entities abroad,
c. promoting Poland as a reliable partner in commercial and investment contacts.

Tasks related to the economic promotion of Poland and providing support to individual enterprises are carried out by the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency, operating in Singapore from December 2016. The scope of activity and tasks of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency S.A. (PAIiH S.A.) are defined by law (the Act of 7 July 2017) and include:
a. creating a strategy for supporting exports and foreign investments,
b. implementation of the policy of promoting the Polish economy and offering consulting services for Polish exporters and investors,
c. organizing foreign trade missions and fairs,
d. creating support programs for particular markets or industries,
e. preparation of strategies for entrepreneurs entering foreign markets,
f. acquiring knowledge about the business culture of a given market,
g. making discernment of regulations and regulatory barriers as well as verifying the credibility of foreign partners.
In its activity, the Agency uses a network of new foreign trade offices (ZBH), which activities are targeted at individualized support for entrepreneurs interested in expansion on a given foreign market. In terms of formal and legal status, these are units separated from the structures of diplomatic and consular missions and operate based on the regulations of the host country.
Our Tasks of trade offices include:
a. providing information about the market (analyzes, reports, guides),
b. co-creating a network of contacts with local companies and business environment institutions,
c. organization of trainings for Polish and foreign companies,
d. verification of business partners,
e. organization of business missions,
f. support in placing products on the market,
g. creation of promotional and media campaigns.
