Advanced Integrated Manufacturing Corp. Ltd., established in 2004 ('AIMCorp') and its subsidiaries ('Group') is an Electronics Manufacturing Services ('EMS') provider, with more than 21 years of experience specialising in medium to high-end performance-critical applications. The Group provides services to original equipment manufacturers/multinational corporations ('OEM/MNCs') in the aerospaceavionics, medical/life and analytical science, metal and automotives industries.

Founded in 1994, our principal business activities include performance-critical printed circuit board assembly ('PCBA'), precision machined components ('PMC'), box-build assembly and electromechanical sub-assembly in supply chain management and after-sales services.

In 2013, the Group has also diversified into land banking, property investment and development through its wholly-owned Malaysian subsidiary, Vincente Property Sdn Bhd ('Vincente').

In December 2015, one of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiaries, IMS Corporation Pte Ltd, was renamed HAO Mart Pte Ltd ('HAO Mart'). HAO Mart has since diversified into the minimart business. Our first minimart outlet commenced operations on 1 January 2016 at Blk 74 Whampoa Drive #01-332/334/336 Singapore 320074. By 24 March 2016, the Company had entered into 16 asset purchase agreements to take over 16 locations for its minimart business. The additional revenue stream from the above acquisitions is part of the Group's strategy to achieve diversification of the Group's operations and to strengthen the Group's financial position so as to ensure its continued growth and success.
