Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust ("A-REIT") is the first business space and industrial REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Started out with 8 properties and total assets size of S$607 million at its listing in November 2002, A-REIT has since increased its properties to 66 with a book value of S$2.9 billion as at 30 June 2006.

The trust owns a diversified property profolio in Singapore comprising suburban office space (including business park and science park properties), high specifications industrial mixed use properties, light industrial properties, and logistics and distribution centres. These properties house a tenant base of over 700 international and local companies from a wide range of industries and activities, including research and development, life sciences, information technology, engineering, light manufacturing, logistics service providers, electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing services and back-room office support in service industries.




Ascendas Reit has a well-diversified portfolio of 103 properties in Singapore and 28 properties in Australia as at February 2017. These properties host a customer base of around 1, 390 international and local companies from a wide range of industries and activities, including research and development, life sciences, information technology, engineering, light manufacturing, logistics service providers, electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing services and back-room support office in service industries, etc.



In Singapore, the well-diversified portfolio comprises Business & Science Park Properties, Integrated Development, Amenities & Retail ("IDAR") Properties, High-Specifications Industrial Properties, Light Industrial Properties, and Logistics & Distribution Centres.
