Based in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), the A*PC is A*STAR’s first and only overseas office. Since its launch on Nov 2020, A*PC has been committed to building global deep tech start-ups. Our work is in two directions:
- As a launchpad, we have assisted over 30 Singapore tech companies to enter China via Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). Since Jan 2021, these companies had a cumulative investments of approximately RMB 18 million, achieving a total cumulative revenue of approximately RMB 100 million;
- As an interaction platform, we have been promoting Singapore-China joint innovations through over 40 industry events, engaging over 200 Chinese companies, targeting at life sciences, green economy, and advanced manufacturing.
