Unlike normal consultancies, Barrett Aerospace can also build, test and prove the compliance of your integrated composite system. We share state-of-the-art manufacturing and test facilities in Europe. Providing one-off samples, batch runs, or full-scale production are well within our capability. We work alongside partners that have aerospace’s AS/EN9100, so this sets our process control to a far higher standard than most other composite manufactures.
We are proud to have a global supply chain based on mature relationships within Europe and Asia.
We can deliver the latest in design-to-manufacture products, with strong emphasis on a strong understanding of material science (TRL3-6). We use both mathematical modelling and empirical testing to prove a working design long before the prototype is built. We work closely with our clients on brand new, or existing (upgrade) products. We are also very capable of reverse engineering to find new solutions, even when absolutely no product data exists.
