Chin Leong Construction Systems Pte Ltd is a member of CLP Group of Company. We were established in 1978 and offers a range of subcontracting services to the construction industry including waterproofing, grouting, painting and structural repairs, as well as interior floor coating decoration works.

In addition, we formulate and manufacture a wide range of waterproofing coatings, floor coatings, floor hardeners, tile adhesives, bonding agents, cementitious slurries, repair grouts, plasters and various construction chemicals.

To complement our range of own manufacture products, we represent several unique agencies to offer a complete product range to serve our customers in almost all their construction chemical needs. For interior design works, we represent Sangetsu for its wall coverings, glass films, vinyls floor, carpets, curtain fabrics, upholstery.

Beyond Singapore, we have established presences in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. We undertake projects in Singapore, Indonesia via PT Rangalo CLP, whilst our CLPC Malaysia, Thailand focus on supply and distribution.
