CytoMed Therapeutics is a biotech company consisting of a team of experienced scientists from China, Singapore and Malaysia. It is a spin-off from A*STAR and focuses on developing allogeneic cellular immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Our lead product is an allogeneic CAR-T cell that can recognize antigens on a broad range of cancers including haematological malignancy and solid tumours which is now ready for clinical trial in Singapore.

The second platform technology allows us to reprogram blood cells to induced pluripotent stem cells and differentiate into a hybrid gamma delta natural killer T cells, which expresses receptors from both cell types, thereby enabling the immune cells to recognise a broad range of cancer types.

CytoMed Therapeutics also owns and operates a brand new fully equipped PIC/S cGMP facility to support the manufacturing of cellular products for phase 1 & 2 clinical trials.
