Dialyss Pte Ltd is medical technology company, spun-off from Temasek Polytechnic’s Biomedical Engineering and Research Centre. The company is founded by 2 veterans in portable dialysis machine designs and development. It was set up to revolutionize dialysis through the reduction of fluid needed for dialysis treatment, by regenerating the fluid with the use of sorbent technologies and to enable miniaturization of dialysis devices for improved portability, travel and home use. It is commercializing technologies patented by Dr Christian Bluechel, the former Head Research and Development of Biomedical Engineering Research Centre at TP and former scientific advisor to AWAK Technologies.
