DxD ClinLab is established by Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub, Singapore's National Platform for Diagnostics Development) in 2019 to pilot the deployment of innovative tests developed by DxD Hub, or its strategic partners in Singapore and the region. DxD ClinLab provides the infrastructure, manpower, and expertise for product development teams to transfer their developed tests into service delivery. We work with healthcare partners to make innovative tests available nationwide, until such time when commercial labs are offering the tests and that there are no longer gaps in test accessibility. For example, cPass, a serology test detecting SARS-CoV-2 Neutralization Antibody, was initially offered by DxD Clinlab in Feb 2021. As at January 2022, there are at least 3 commercial labs offering cPass testing to meet market need.

DxD ClinLab is holding the licence from MOH under HCSA. DxD ClinLab have established Quality Management Program following ISO 15189 guidelines. We keep our QMS systems updated with latest guidelines from international accrediting and regulatory agencies (e.g., College of American Pathologist).
