EC World REIT is a Singapore real estate investment trust ("REIT") established with the investment strategy of investing principally, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for e-commerce, supply-chain management and logistics purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, with an initial geographical focus on the People Republic of China (the "PRC").

As at 05 August 2019, the portfolio comprise eight quality properties located predominantly in largest e-commerce clusters in the Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou and Wuhan, China. Seven properties are located in Hangzhou, and one in Wuhan. The portfolio has an aggregate NLA of 960,461 sq m and a total appraised value of RMB 7,841 million equivalent to approximately S$1.5 billion.
