The Experimental Power Grid Centre (EPGC) has been a part of the A*STAR organization since its inception in 2008.

With effect from 1 September 2019, EPGC will be a business entity under the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as part of the Energy Research Institute @ NTU. EPGC itself remains unchanged in terms of its business activities, and will continue to operate from its current premises.

Like the smart, sustainable energy systems that we have always championed in our R&D focus, EPGC needs to evolve to keep advancing in the intelligent digital energy future and continue to grow and sustain its expertise, impact and relationships. We look forward to working with our industry partners, fellow researchers, innovators and policy makers to deliver even more innovative solutions in the path ahead.
