Founded in 2004, Heptagon is a company dealing in fire protection and thermal insulation materials and solutions. Our products tend to be in form of fabric /cloths, mats, rope, tapes, sleeving.

Heptagon also fabricates flexible insulation covers and jackets for engines, gensets, turbochargers, exhaust pipes for the defense, marine and oil and gas industries. We combine materials from various sources (including our own) to come up with thermal management solutions for our customers. We believe strongly in hybrid methods and products and can create composites to cater to the needs of different customers.

We are interested in new insulation, abrasion resistant and fire protection materials in foams, ceramics, glass, carbon and alumina and nano coatings. We would like to collaborate with individuals, companies, universities, polytechnics, ITE, schools, research institutes to come up with new products and composites for different industrial applications.

1) Gentex Corporation - aluminized fabrics.

2) Promat Microtherm - nanoporous insulation (similar to Aerogel but high temperature resistant).

3) Morgan Advanced Materials - advance ceramic base materials for insulation (marine and onshore) and fire protection, in the form of blankets, boards, coatings, paper, bricks and mortar.
