JN Medsys is an innovative Digital PCR (dPCR) technology from Singapore. Our Clarity dPCR system is one of the few available dPCR in the market and the first one from Asia.

Our digital PCR systems are based on chip-in-a-tube technology. It can partition samples up to 40,000 partitions and can be used for pathogen/virus detection, oncology purposes, copy number variations, etc.

It is one of the fastest in the market - complete 96 reactions within 4 hours, allowing more samples to be analyzed in a day. Our system runs on an open platform - compatible with qPCR reagents and most conventional thermal cyclers.
