Line8 Pte Ltd is a Singapore based power track manufacturer. The technology is developed in Singapore by 3 engineers with the help of A*Star (Simtech) and SPRING Singapore. PCT Worldwide Patent is awarded to the design on the 08 July 2015.

The brand Line8 is derived from the linear form of the power track which can accomodate to multiple power outlets at the same time. Power outlets can then be added, removed and repositioned anywhere along the track. A twist-to-engage and pull-to-switch-on mechanism is engaged to ensure security and safety of the electrical connection.

Modular attachments and faceplates compatible with the power track system can be added to the system for increased functionality like multimedia outlets (Data, Audio, Video, HDMI, etc). IoT and Smart Home features are also supported through the modular system to monitor and control power consumption, report failure and to remotely switch on and off appliances.

The dedicated 4th power core in the power track allows for AC and DC power to be supplied through the track at the same time as well as for data and information transmission.

A central security locking mechanism allows facility managers to prevent the addition and removal of power outlets while still maintaining the mobility and switch control of the power outlets.

The Line8 Power Track can be implemented into Industrial, Commercial Office and Residential Applications.
