Minerva Works Pte Ltd, a leading one stop comprehensive service provider of high purity chemical - mechanical parts cleaning, repair and refurbishment, spare parts provider company for the semiconductor, electronic, power generation and more since established in May 2004. We specializes in precision mechanical and chemical cleaning procedures for the semiconductor and electronics industries. Services provided include: surface treatment processes chemical / mechanical / customize cleaning processes), sub-assemblies under clean room environment, process kits refurbishment, equipment repair, and service, maintenance of equipment from the wafer fabrication industries. Minerva Works (Singapore) has an on-going partnership with Shih-Her Technologies, Inc. (Republic of China, Taiwan) since August 2004. Minerva Works personnel have attended training in SHT and our cleaning procedures are performed accordingly to industry standard of Shih-Her Technologies.
