Established in 2003, we are a Customized Optical Thin-Film Coatings & Optical Assembly manufacturer based in Singapore.

We have been involved in optical thin film coating since 1996. We started off as a process development consultancy unit within the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (now renamed as Spring). We had designed and developed numerous thin film coating processes for the industry and helped to characterize the products produced by our customers. We were involved in the design and moulding of plastic optical components.

In 2001, we moved into offering contract coating services when PSB Corporation Pte Ltd was formed. During 2003, external partner was brought in to expand the business and hence Opto-precision Pte Ltd was formed in April 2003.

We are strategically located in the largest industrial estate in Singapore (Jurong) with a total floor area of 18, 000sqft. Our coating facility are housed in a Class 10K cleanroom environment. Our advanced plasma ion-assisted coating equipments are capable of producing highly sophisticated coated components.

In 2008, with the confidence build up with our customer, Opto-precision has moved up the value chain from optics coating to optics assembly business.
