We have our tool room under one roof with the design department, making immediate feedback and improvement of design a breeze. High volume runners are normal, for example: 16 cavities churning out two million parts a month, these tools can be custom to your requirements for example: hot runner, assigned mold base and accessories manufacturer. Racer guarantees 500K shots and 1million shots for Pre harden and Harden tool respectively.
