On Monday 11th May 2020, we begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under Raffles Financial Group Limited and the stock symbol is RICH. We are also listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the USA OTC QX.

We have placed out 4 million shares at C$5 each to China's leading securities firms as our cornerstone investors and they are China Securities, Citic Securities, PingAn Securities and HaiTong Securities.
