We have been here since the 1950s, and today, the country is a regional centre for our Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems businesses, as well as Research and Technology activities, and several corporate functions.

In 2006 we were given Singapore Distinguished Partner in Progress Award, the nation highest corporate honour. We have grown our presence in Singapore and the country is a pioneer of aerospace high value manufacturing. Together with our Joint Venture partners, we employ over 2,300 highly talented people in Singapore.

We work alongside the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

In 2014, NTU became our 29th University Technology Centre, specialising in four core areas: Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Power & Control Systems, Repair Technology and Computational Engineering.

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN: 198500100K) actively promotes innovative research and development in the region through private and public partnerships. For example, we are a founding member of the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), which forms part of our global network of Advanced Research Centres, further supporting our dedication to bringing state-of-the-art technologies into industrial production.

The centre is owned by A*STAR in partnership with NTU.
