Founded in July 2019, the SDGx Group is a Singapore based company with a global mandate to explore, accelerate and invest in deep technologies that produce a positive impact. SDGx has representative offices in Berlin, Germany and Sydney Australia.

SDGx includes the following business units:

• SDGx Near Future Lab: A non-profit deep technology research lab in partnership with Dr. Prof. Muhammad Yunus, the Yunus Social Business Centers. The Near Future Lab is hosted by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok, Thailand and accepts institution/corporate grant to commission research identifying the positive social applications of deep technologies such as smart technologies AI, Automation, IoT/5G, Climate change, alternative energy and mobility

• SDGx Globalizer: A global market accelerator focused on matching deep technology startups with international Smart City and other large-scale PPP projects. SDGx has partnered with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to join the Singapore Marine Port Authority’s ‘Smart Port Challenge 2020’ - a key smart technology initiative within the Singapore Decarbonization Blueprint 2050.
