We use the highest quality Japanese Tajima embroidery machine and high speed laser cutting equipment, and we have skilled programmers. Typically, we use polyester or rayon threads on our embroidery machines.

We are looking at unconventional materials such as fine wires to attain certain functions on the fabric such as knitting and braiding of reinforcement fibers such as glass, Kevlar and carbon, which can be used to build light weight high strength composite structures. We are looking at collaboration on possible production of these fabrics which are prosthetics and splints for customizable sportswear.
