The Singapore Battery Consortium (SBC) was launched in 2019 and aims to foster strategic R&D partnerships amongst public research performers and industry players in the development and advancement of battery technologies. SBC’s plan is to develop and catalyse the local ecosystem in battery related technologies through this platform. Their focus areas include Battery Materials, Battery Cells Production, Battery Reuse and Recycling, and Battery Packs and Modules.
