Sperantia Space Solutions was incorporated in 2018 to offer business development consultancy in the space industry, in Asia and globally.

Sperantia Space Solutions is providing two types of services:

- business, market and fleet development consultancy for GEO satellite operators

- international business development for China new space companies.

The China new space companies under Sperantia Space Solutions portfolio include two launch service providers - one micro-launcher and a medium lift launcher - as well as a small satellite manufacturer.

Sperantia Space Solutions founder, Jean-Philippe Divo, was previously engaged with the global communications satellite operator SES in Singapore in a Business and Corporate Development position. In this role, Jean-Philippe established long-term relationships with regional partners and pursued collaboration roadmaps ranging from capacity agreements to condosat opportunities and governmental satellites, with focus on Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Indochina and more. He also built extensive intelligence about satellite programs in the region.

Prior to SES, Jean-Philippe occupied multiple positions in engineering, program and supply chain management, culminating with a 3-year assignment in China during which he completed his aerospace engineering background with an Executive MBA from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and the INSEAD Business School.
