Syntplant sp. z o.o. uses three technologies (injection moulding, 3D printing, solution in a mould) to provide services of a fast design and production of individually customised implants made of any materials for bone and cartilaginous tissue replacement that can be used in regenerative and reconstructive medicine, especially in orthopaedics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and oncology.
Syntplant sp. z o.o. is a necessary complement to the supply chain of individually customised implants for patients – from the manufacturer of materials for medical use straight to the operating room.
Syntplant sp. z o.o. provide individually customised bone and bone tissue implants such as long bones, parts of the facial skeleton, parts of the mandible or vertebrae or the entire mandible or vertebrae, etc. made of materials approved for use in medicine that are biocompatible, bioresorbable, and biodegradable, i.e. ones that regenerate bone tissue.
The products will be prepared based on the technology of designing implants using computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) under the surveillance of a doctor serving as an operator.
This will ensure that the implant fits the loss perfectly and will facilitate the work of the doctor in the operating field even in the smallest hospital. Doctors will no longer have to process the provided material or implant in the operating field. In addition, our technology makes it possible to reduce the preoperative and postoperative time, the risk of complications during a surgery as well as the risk of postoperative complications, which means lower costs.
