We are a HealthTech start up based in Singapore. Tetsuyu is co-founded by Dr Shinsuke Muto, a Japanese cardiologist and home care specialist and Ms Ng Li Lian, a former senior banker.

At Tetsuyu, we want to transform community care with innovative care models and technology. This means bringing to market care solutions to improve access, productivity, quality and value. Our clinical team and engineers work with other clinicians and care providers on user needs to drive design that solves pain points.

Tetsuyu CARES applications aim to solve some of the challenges faced by ILTC providers such as staff shortage, quality and skill sets, productivity and highly manual processes. Care providers at the acute, primary and community care settings are not always well connected leading to communication and care gaps.
