Since the end of 2006 we were acquired and became a subsidiary of the VDL Group, an international industrial company with its headquarters in Eindhoven (The Netherlands). We have been in business since 1970 when we began as Philips Machine Factory, a business unit of Philips Electronics. VDL ETG excels in the manufacture of highly complex mechatronics parts, systems and modules for OEM customers in the high-tech capital equipment industry. As a system supplier, we cover the complete value chain. We do not have any product of our own. Instead, we develop or co-develop and manufacture customers’ products on demand, on time and to the strictest technical specifications.
