Voestalpine Additive Manufacturing Center Singapore Pte Ltd. (vAMCS) established in 2016, a subsidiary of voestalpine AG Group- the combination of leading steel making know-how and leading processing expertise creates innovative technical solutions and new products.

vAMCS provides a R&D / Manufacturing platform for metal additive manufacturing (AM) using the laser deposition method. The metal powder is thereby joined to the based material with a high strength of metallurgical bond.

vAMCS is part of voestalpine international additive manufacturing competence network, now is the solution provider (one stop shop) within Additive Manufacturing Technologies for powder and parts. The interaction of material, design, process and equipment is much stronger than with conventional manufacturing technologies.

Located in Singapore, however, providing solution globally with the additional support of our sister companies in Germany, Canada, USA and Taiwan.

Our voestalpine Additive Manufacturing Center in Singapore manufactures parts with the Laser Metal Deposition Process by using a DMG Mori Lasertec 65 3D.
