WEC Engineers and Constructors Pte Lt (WEC) formerly known as Wah-Chang Engineering Corporation was incorporated as a civil and infrastructure company in 1972. It has since established itself as a major provider of turnkey engineering and construction of petrochemical, oil and gas, integrated process plants and related infrastructure facilities in both Singapore and the ASEAN region.
With a mission that is “To build our core business in transmission pipelines and tank farm, to grow our core strength in aviation works, to create new growth areas in plant engineering and rehabilitation of pipelines”. WEC has delivered proven records of projects covering petrochemical plants, airport fuel distribution system, pipelines distribution system, tankage and storage facilities, oil and gas related infrastructure facilities. WEC has grown to a major provider of turnkey engineering and construction of petrochemical, oil & gas, integrated process plants and related infrastructure facilities in both Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. WEC operates in several cities in the Asia-Pacific Region with branch office in Vietnam since 2005 in Ho Chi Min City, and completed various projects in Vietnam, Myanmar, Brunei, Malaysia, China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand
